Simle Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) Meeting Minutes

February 3, 2026

Attendance: April Jenkins, Josh Jenkins, Jeremy Burgard, Andrea Pfenning, Bridget Schapp, and Dawn Moen.

1.      Meeting called to order

3.      Treasurer’s Report

a.      Ms. Jenkins indicated that there was approximately $11,396.00 in the checking account. 

4.      School Update

a.      Mr. Burgard indicated that next week is conferences.  Reminding parents/guardians to register for a time.

b.      Emails went out at the end of January about downloading the first semester progress reports for their students.

c.       Mr. Burgard indicated that all the 8th graders should be registered for their classes at Legacy.  If any students were missed, the counselors at Legacy are excellent about following up and ensuring those students get registered.

5.      Old Business

a.       Ms. Jenkins will deliver the sandwiches at about 3:30 pm on Monday, February 9, 2026.  Ms. Moen indicated that the water and chips have been delivered to the office.

b.       Ms. Moen and Ms. Jenkins reported that concessions have been going great during the basketball games.

6.      New Business

a.      Josh Jenkins, Jane Link, and Bridget Schapp have volunteered to review the scholarships.

b.      April Jenkins, Paul Moen, Drew Schapp, and Jane Link have volunteered to assist with the 8th grade pizza for their bowling party.
